If you need to repair your Yiynova tablets, please follow below steps:

| Step 1 |

Fill out the Repair Request Form then
email the form to us at: RMA@ThePandaCity.Com
|

| Step 2 |
|
Our customer support will email you a RMA number if your request can be
accepted. Or our customer support may need to get more detail for your request.
|

| Step 3 |
|
After you get the RMA number, please ship your defect product with a full protective packing box
to the address on the form and put the RMA number or RMA Approval Form on it.
Please use the carrier which has the tracking number for your shipment.
Please don't include any accessory or spare part except the item yo uneed to
repair.

| Step 4 |
|
Once we receive your shipment, our technician will review your return and send you an email notification for the
returned unit condition (please allow 2 to 3 days for review).

|
After the item is repaired or replaced, we will email you the balance to your
paypal account. Once we receive the repair payment, our store will send back the repaired
item by UPS, FEDEX or proper carrier.
Then send you an email notification when tracking number if appliable.

Attention:
All units must be accompanied by a valid RMA number or RMA Approval Form.
Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
Return freight to The Panda City will be at customer's expense.
