Fill out the RMA ( Repair Merchandise Authorization ) Request Form then send it to us. You can send it
by Email: RMA@ThePandaCity.Com

Our customer support will email you a RMA number for your defect product after review and verification.
Or we may contact you if the problem can be overcome without a return.

Step 3 |

After you get the RMA number, please ship your defect product with a full protective packing box and
write the RMA number on shipment box and put RMA request form inside the
shipment box.
Please use the carrier which has the tracking number for your shipment.
Please don't include any accessory or spare part.

Step 4 |

Once we receive your shipment, our technician will review your return and send you an email notification for the
returned unit condition (please allow 2 to 3 days for review).
|

Step 5 |
|
After the item is repaired or replaced, we will ship back the repaired or replaced item by UPS, FEDEX or proper carrier.
Then send you an email notification when tracking number if appliable.
